TRIP TO KEW RECORD OFFICE AND KEW GARDENS

Some of the members of the genealogy groups headed for Kew Record Office armed with lists of records they wanted to research for members of their family trees, and a variety of historical interests.

Although we were there several hours only a few managed to have success in their research. However, it was interesting and a good experience for those who had never been before. The trip to Kew was enjoyable and thanks go to Sue Parry for having everything so well organised for us.

Joining the coach were several members of the U3A who wanted to visit Kew Gardens, and so they took the opportunity to come with us on the coach. Sue very kindly printed off details of Kew Gardens which was just a short walk from Kew Records Office.
